City Park

City Park is an idyllic, historic community only a short walk away from Downtown. The neighbourhood association works hard to create a sense of belonging with activities, and the Nutrien Playland (ferris wheel, carousel, train ride, play equipment, mini zip-line & a splash pad) is close by.

 

City Park is full of both historic character homes with gargoyles and gorgeous elm trees, and new infills with eco-friendly details. One of the draws is Spadina Crescent; a tree-lined street that overlooks the river and children’s hospital—incredible to walk, bike or take a slow drive through.
